Job Responsibilities
1. Management of the inhouse Corporate Real Estate Team of 16 staff. 1.5 hours per day. 2. Contract Management of outsourced property management services contract for 880 retail, industrial, comercial and special purpose occupation agreements (leases, licences and agreements) 2 hours per day. 3. Project Management of specific real estate acquisition, management or disposal projects valued in the range of $0.5M to $30M 2 hours per day. 4. Provision of weekly and monthly financial and mangement reports to report actaul vs budget figures and explanation of variances plus proposed corrective actions. 0.5 hpurs per day. 5. Development of strategic aset management plans. Total 50 hours per year. 6. Development of annual operating revevue and expenditure budgets. 40 hours per year. 7. Drafting responses to correspondence. 1.5 hours per day. 8. Providing reports and recommendations on specific issues to management 1 hour per day.
Job Requirements
Masters of Project Management course was completed in 1994 over a 3 year period. Classes were in 4 weekly blocks over the year where intensive team based projects were completed within tight time frames following theoretic background study. Very high workload over 5 days with research, analysis, report writing and presentations by each team member (approx. 6 per team). Excellent, experienced full time and external lecturers with high quality project management experience in private andf public sectors. Major reports were alsio completed between lectures on specific topics. Major Thesis completed over the last 6 months was a real challenge given that most people were working full time and had family committments.

Total salary package $135,000 Australian Dollars per annum (salary plus superannuation). Free travel on NSW Public transport. Yearly salary reviews no bonuses
