Job Responsibilities
As a support staff member of a group of engineers (76 total)
which includes 2 Directors and 10 managers my activities will
range from assisting with expenses, meetings and facilitating
activites to document control.

Job Requirements
My experience stems from a myraid activities (i.e. General
Education, Special attention to Business Automation &
Administration, Trade School & On-the-job Training). Most
rewarding experience for any role expanding learning experience
differing environments is much more beneficial.

Uppers
Trust - staff members know that they are trusting enough to allow you the
freedom to complete each task as you see fit. Opportunities - they allow you to
seek an entreprenurial mind-set as if you were working for your own company.
Small Company Mentality - I enjoy that although Qualcomm is a large company - it
still feels like a small company. A large company that assumes this
"personality" often alienates its staff PDK.

Some days are lighter than others.

Open minded individuals - constantly surrounded with "out of the box" thinking
and evolving as the days move on. There are many different mindsets that agree
on the same thing - personal growth and opportunities to seek other ways of doing
things.

Advice to Jobseekers
Qualcomm is an innovator of new technologies; it is a company of
people who "think" and believe in developing new technologies.
I expected this company to have the "big company" mentality -
but suprisingly enough, it doesn't. Everyone is supportive in
your personal & professional growth.
