Job Responsibilities
Manage a 5-6 person laboratory staff in DNA/RNA synthesis,
purification, and quality control.
Develop, implement, and maintain a system to track and expedite
orders, increasing on-time percentage and consistency.
Develop and implement new processes increasing efficiency of
resource allocation including personnel.
Communicate production status to Customer Support, Technical
Support, Production, and Shipping.
