Job Responsibilities
General:
1) implement lean management practices;
2) improving supply chain management;
3) developing R&D team.
It is ery difficult to estimate the hours you spend on this, it's
more like you spend all your time thinking of it and projecting
how you will improve the situation while struggling with your
daily other duties.
Day to day:
1) leading a two shift team of 40 peoples: 4h;
2) managing R&D and technical assistance team: 2h;
3) planing of the production: 1,5h;
4) cost management 1,5h;
5) inventories and purchasing supervision: 0,5;
6) reports to general management (owner of the company): 0,5.

-human aspect: you have to manage very different social conditions and
situations, so you learn about people and yourself.

-Day to day operations are very time consuming and sometimes you,
lack the time to dedicate to other management activities

-relationship with workers could be tough.

Lifestyle
Obviously when you are running two shifts, if you want to have a look at how
your workers are doing you have to accept to be there from 6am to 8pm.
You are not travelling that much because you are really needed at the plant.
Basically you are very well considered inside the company and very necessary and
influent but you could possibly get the impression that you are pretty anonymous
outside.
Dresscode? confortable: you can have to run all over the place and be ready to
get dirty!

Compensation
Base salary is 60,000E
Bonus linked to delivery time and produced volume: from 5,000E to
20,000E.
