Job Responsibilities
My responsibilty is to measure sponsorship of sports teams,
events and venues. I spend 8 hours a day viewing peripheral
material (eg. sports news, special events) as well as matches
and I measure the noticiable sponsorships of our clients. My
responsibilty is to be sure that I take note of all sightings
and laso as much information on the clients.

Job Requirements
This is a relatively new area in market research in a very
specific area. Due to the industry of sport is a major factor in
the business, to be a sports person helps. Also any background
in sports marketing. management, sales and advertising is a
plus. The company is based on a unique system, therefore there
is in house training.

1. The directors in the compay are fantastic and successful people and have a
lot of knowledge to pass on to employees.
2. All the employees get on well.
3. There is potential to move into many areas of the company. Therefore you do
not get stale.
4. The work itself is fun.

At this stage, the only thing I can think of is that it gets a
little draining and monotonous.

Lifestyle
1. Working hours are quite flexible. Either work from 7.30am-4pm or 8.30 to 5pm.
If you need time of work etc. It is okay.
2. At this stage my position there is no travel
3. We tend to get together every now and then for birthdays, employee leaving or
starting, poker nights, tickets to sporting events etc.
4. Dresscode is very relaxed. Casual unless a client is present and we must
dress business like.
5. If they enjoy sport, television, reading etc. and you have a good
understanding general marketing, advertising and sponsorship, it is a great place
to work.

Compensation
It is a basic salary depending on age and responsibilty.
Includes tax, superannuation, holiday pay, sick days etc.

Advice to Jobseekers
Anyone who loves sport, this is a job for you. I cannot exactly
say where this occupation is heading due to being only 6 weeks
into the company, but I feel there is a lot of potential to move
and I have had feed back from the director that he/she would
like to push me through into those areas as well.
