Job Responsibilities
Review and assess government (Federal, State & Local) laws and
regulations for applicability to the company. Create standard
work and procedures to adhere to those regulations. Maintain
Sarbanes Oxley compliance, audit and keep current. Develop
quality initiatives for Contracts Management and continuous
improvement of processes.

Contract Management requires overtime - approximately 10-20%.
Deadline driven processes. If there are not good processes and
procedures, Contract Manager can be the "tail that wags the
dog". Stress levels can be high in the Contract Management area.

Flexible - must be able to travel on short notice and work overtime as required
(10-20%). Can have flexible work arrangemtns (i.e., from home, flex hours) as
long as can attend meetings, etc. Business casual - dress to impress.

Compensation
Salary varies with importance placed on position within company.
$60-85,000 range average. If more legal or company-specific
knowledge based, salary could be as high as $110,000.
