Job Responsibilities
Their are 5 major responsibilities:
1.Asset allocation of the 200 clients'financial portfolios.
2.Churn the portfolio when needed.
3.Handle the service related issues of the clients.
4.Focus on increasing bank deposits.
5.Acquiring new clients for the bank.
Every day I work for almost 12 hrs.Ideally my 6 hours go to the
first three activities and another 6 hrs to the remaining two.

Job Requirements
The program I attended prior to my job was Post Graduate Diploma
in Management(PGDM) from Indian Institue of Management,New
Delhi.It is a 2 yr full time program.The faculty are excellant
and we had visiting faculty from pioneer management institutions
in India.We also used to attend guest lectures from
international faculty from top management schools world wide.
The grading was done on credit basis with each subject carrying
a 2 credit or 4 credit value.One has to clear all credits in
order to get the Diploma.The course was regularly updated and we
were exposed to the industry during our PGDM.We had to do live
projects with corporates and a high emphasis on economics was
there.

The worst parts of the job are:
1.Pressure of selling products which are not very useful to the
clients.
2.Clashes between various channels of the Bank.

Lifestyle
The future is really bright in this field.The client is looking
for someone to manage his wealth professionally and make him
richer.So till the urge of getting richer is there,This job will
continue to grow.

Compensation
The compensation I get at the entry level is INR 3.35 lakh .
