Uppers
My position is very visible. I work with basically everyone in the company. My
position entails maintaining and increasing profitability of my company. There
is a ton of room for growth. A great starting point for the ambitious and
goal-minded individuals.
|
Downers
A ton of work can be stressful. Without ability to manage
multiple projects and work with variety of people, whether they
get their jobs done or not, a person can't succeed in this role.
|
Lifestyle
40-60 is average. Again, a lot of room for advancement and high visible,
demanding position equals expectations to meet those demands. Most analysts are
sharp and smart individuals. I still have fun, as always, as far as going out
and hanging out with friends. I just have more play money than I did in college.
And, I continue to challenge myself.
