Advice to Jobseekers
This is an exciting job that requires exceptional people skills.
Make sure you are genuinely interested in people. Get a good
education in Business with a lot of liberal arts courses (this
helps with working globally). I highly recommend an MBA because
you get a good overview of all the subject required to be
successful. Be prepared to work 60 hour weeks and be away from
your family up to 50% of the time. Make sure you have an excellent
technical understanding of the product and services you company
provides (this gives you credibility within the organization and
the industry). Stay focused on the company vision and delegate as
much of your work to others who enjoy that type of work. Have a
good sense of humor because you will need it to deal with all the
problems you
face daily.
