I am a biostatistician, and we support clinical research and
development. My main work include providing consulting service,
supporting clinical trial design and analyzing clinical data.

I received a Ph.D. degree in statistics. I joined Pfizer as a
research scientist and have been doing research and development
work since then.

Lifestyle
Not much of traveling. From time to time we get to travel. Working hours are
flexible. Dressing code is casual. There are also many social/sport activities
around here.

Compensation
I receive good salary. We also have stock options, but there is
no bonus. I would say this job is well compensated.

Advice to Jobseekers
I encourage people looking into this field to consider a Ph.D.
degree. There is always a need of statisticians because the
supply is scarce but the demand is high.
