Advice to Jobseekers
There's a pretty big turnover because it's demanding work and you
have to have the work ethic. There are people who have been
there for years and are used to the process. There are others
who started off and are now managers in the company. There are
others who don't last a month. Be ready to manager your time,
and learn. Be ready for the interview process and prepared for
the routine list of questions. I did this during breaks while I
was in college, I learned alot about business and what its like
to work hard.
