Job Responsibilities
Manage Customer Reps daily.
Research numbers for distribution voids/opportunities 1 day per
week.
Talk with customers on a daily basis - troubleshooting/problem
solving.

College degree preferred.

Some freedom during the day to decide what is my priority to work on.

Physical/manual labor.
Staffing is a constant issue as turnover is higher than previous
years because of the corporate "productivity" mode.

Lifestyle
Minimum 10 hours per day.
Business casual.
On call weekends/nights for customer issues.

Compensation
Upper $40's with no experience base to upper $50's with
experience,
10% to 15% bonus paid quarterly.

Job outlook is good.
Great place to "cut your teeth" to get sales manager experience,
however, not a long term career path.
