Job Responsibilities
Oversee all financial functions of the medical clinics.
Financial reports, General ledger, Accounts payable, Partnership
taxes, Payroll functions and all payroll taxes, Budget and
expense analysis, Employee benefits.

Uppers
Being able to maintain the financial balance of a company. Interacting with CEO
and other upper management. Decision making and working with employees and their
needs.

Downers
Sometimes the work load can be overwhelming. Alot of reports
and analysis can sometimes be a headache. The responsibility
that goes along with making important decisions that can
influence the company.

Lifestyle
I pretty much have a flexible job. I enjoy working the normal 8-5 as everyone
else. I have not had to travel, and I have been able to take time off whenever
to accomodate the busy schedules of my 4 children.

Compensation
Base salary is at $40,000.00 with bonuses and benefits.

Advice to Jobseekers
Accounting can be a great job if it is something you really
enjoy doing. If you don't like paperwork, then this isn't the
job for you. I think that the outlook is great in accounting
and always will be. I do think that many companies underpay,
due to many accounting graduates looking for jobs.
