Job Responsibilities
??Assisted store associates in resolving operational issues
within their stores in the areas of store operations, marketing,
finance, technical support, human resources, purchasing,
logistics or merchandising.
??Assisted customers by resolving complaints or inquiries via
phone or email.
??Served as senior analyst and trained new associates within the
department.
??Worked with outside vendor to meet customer??s needs in placing
orders and resolving complaints and discrepancies within the
Dyeables shoes program.
??Worked with ecommerce staff resolving discrepancies in the
customer website and ordering process.
??Dispatched service vendors to retail stores in emergency
situations.

Started at $9.85 per hour with a 5% increase at maximum each year.
