Job Requirements
PPL is not rigorous about educational requirements. Most of the
managers have non-engineering degrees; several have no Bachelors
Degree at all.

Downers
They have the most corrupt management team I've ever
dealt with. The management team likes to micro-manage and abuse lower level
employees for sport. They have no clue about EEO rules and flagrantly violate
employee rights.

Lifestyle
The stress of working at this miserable place has taken years off of my life. My
personal life suffers from the poor treatment at work.

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with that of any other large utility.

Advice to Jobseekers
Avoid PPL Corporation and especially PPL Susquehanna. This place is destined to
collapse - you don't want to be here when it does.
