Job Requirements
Class quality is high with professors that consult or otherwise
bring in real world expertise. Classmates are from varied
backgrounds and contribute significantly to interactive
dicussions. Workload is variable by subject, but manageable. The
program uses a variety of teaching methods from straight lecture
to case study, and a mix. All classes have an online community
for communication out of class hours.

Office work with long hours (50-60 hours per week). Limited travel, though to
some satellite locations and manufacturing locations nationally. Business casual
to traditional business, though it is a relatively conservative culture not

Base of $49K, bonus $0-3K, stock options awarded in 1999 (always
underwater), good ESOP plan
