Handling staffing, recruitment of employees..1hr/week.
Handling PF & other legal compliances.4hrs/week.
Handling performance appraisal system.4hrs/week.
Dealing with training & development.9hrs/week.
Handling wage & benefit of company & contract.

Liasioning with labour directorate & other govt.official
in employee related matters.6hrs/week.
Handling IR related issues such as dealing with
disciplinary proceedings, conducting domestic enquiry, handling grievance
procedure etc.12hrs/week.
Handling administrative matters such as dealing with
company quarters and canteen management, vehicle maintenance, plantation, LIC &
other insurance coverage of employees for social security purpose, arranging
personal loans for employees to ensure their personal and social need
satisfaction as an employee turnover prevention measure. 8hrs/week.

Job Requirements
A MASTER DEGREE/DIPLOMA IN PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT & INDUSTRIAL
RELATIONS/MBA WITH SPECIALISATION IN HUMAN RESOURCES/PMIR IS
NORMALLY REQUIRED FOR AN INDIVDUAL TO SUCCESSFULLY PRFORM HR JOB
IN A CONCERN.INSTITUTES PUTTING EMPHASIS ON INTERACTIVE TYPE OF
CLASSES AND ON PRJECT WORKS PRODUCE MORE CAPABLE
PROFESSIONALS.MORE THAN GRADES,PERSONAL CHARACERISTICS LIKE
