Job Responsibilities Graphic Design - design, produce, and manage projects that go to print - spend 18 hours a week Project Management - varies projects from print, media buying, web development to email marketing - spend 10 hours a week. Uppers Everyday is differnet - the projects are unique - I can make my own schedule. Downers Deadlines are often tight - projects tend to come in all at once and I am force to work some overtime occasionally Lifestyle Work hours are flexible - I am available to my clients via email/phone - allows me to take time during the weekdays to do other things, i.e. walk the dog or take kids to playground. Compensation I own the business solely and make all the profits after business expenses. Typical year is about 40k, but that's only working an average of 20 hours/week.
