doing daily inventory of sales and stocks.
Keeping records of patients for future references regarding eye
conditions.
Doing simple laboratory such us adjustment of frames,checking
grade of lenses,tinting & screws.

to handle a business like this,how to handle patient/customer relationship and
how to dealt effectively with my superiors and co-workers.

In most cases,the only problem in this kind of work is that when
you do your best to satisfied the customer but they don't
appreciate it.

Being an optometrist,you need to be presentable,because you always attending the
needs of the patients/customer.
You always need to have confidence specially with the patient/customer.

Compensation
Salary is confidential.It varies with your position.Same with the
benefits. But of course bonuses and other benefits are good. For
the one doing the refraction,they have what we called comission
for every patients that they check.For sales person they have
commission for every sales they close.

Advice to Jobseekers
This is a good job, because you will developed a lot of things in
yourself. You will also gain the respect of others(of course it
depends on how you dealt with them). You will also developed your
skills, something that you did'nt learn from school.
