The irregular schadule. I know when I go in but never know when I
am to leave. I can work 3hour in a day or up 23 hours with the
average of 10-15 hours and usually with out a break.

Lifestyle
The lifestyle of the hospitaliy industry or my job rather is pretty mundane. We
come in and do pretty much the same thing over and over and over again. set up
and tire down functions, assist quests with what ever they need, and talerate all
walks of life.

Compensation
It's okay for what it is. The wages are much better then that in
another country. Money could always be better.

Look for another job. If you have any aspirations or drive at all.
You will move to another, better place.
