Job Requirements
MBA program was a rigorous, totally online program from an
AACSB accredited univeristy. Most of the classes were excellent,
allowing for individual interests within the given courses to be
explored more fully as part of the class work. Group work was a
portion of most classes, requiring the development of many
technology skills for the group to function in the virtual
environment. Grading, professor interaction, and workload varied
from class to class, but mainly fell within the expected
tolerances of a superior MBA program.
There were NO degree requirements to be hired into my current
postion. Because I am employed by a small company, I chose to
persue both my undergrad and MBA degrees to increase my personal
skills and increase my value to the company.
