Job Requirements
Had some college, but came one year short of the 4 year degree.

Uppers
Helping folks with computer problems, showing people that networks, hard drives,
and video cards,... need not be complicated. Also enjoyed meeting decision
makers from other companies. I learned a lot from listening to them.

Downers
Daily abuse, double standards, race relations problems. pure
flat out abuse. INfact, i have never even dreamed of such
overtly hateful management as what i saw in that wretched
company. Beleive me, its not for lack of soft skills training,
that the leadership is so hateful. They really do resent the
employees. This baffles me, because i know many, including
myself that actually worked very hard to help them in any task
needed. By the way, they needed a lot of help. Adding and
subtracting, emails, reading reports... basic skills. Yet they
still resented folks. Amazing.

Lifestyle
What lifestyle? I worked all day evry day, no weekends, and i was told it would
all get me somewhere. Three reorganizations, two states, and two years later, it
got me nowhere, but unemployed

Compensation
After 1 year i finally got medical coverage, and i never was
able to sign into the 401 k they kept asking us to participate
in. The problem? these things are all outsourced, and its no
ones job to make any of this "HR " stuff to work. Med coverage
quadrupled for families without noticed, and admin stff refused
to cancell for many employees with families that saw they could
simply not afford to have that much deducted from thier checks.
Bonuses were taken away. I won a $$2500.00 sales contest from
HP. gone!!!! thats right gone. and raises were a slap in the
face. "were poor" they said. What tripe!!!

Advice to Jobseekers
Do not bother with this company. If by some unfortunate stroke
of poor fate you were just hired into this company, then wear a
damn microphone and digital recorder. It will come in very handy
during the law suit. Personally, i would not even go back if
they offered me double pay.
