Lifestyle
The work hours are 9 till 5.30 monday to friday, however to travel to work it
takes and hour and a half each way, so it is quite tiring. The events such as
Christmas parties and parties when the company hits target are fully paid for by
the company and are normally a meal out for all members of staff. The dress code
is smart casual, and the work atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.

Compensation
My salary is ??12,000 a year there is a 10% bonus of annual
salary at christmas if targets for the company have been hit.
And the company covers health care and provides a pension system.

Advice to Jobseekers
The job is suited to younger people looking for a semi temporary
position as the company is fairly small and there are not many
opportunies to move up in this field. However depending on the
company if it is larger it may be suitable for graduates or even
high school students loooking for their first job after school.
