The company provides good benefits and perks (national discounts on a wide
variety of items, i.e. play tickets, cars, cellphone service).
|
Downers
Some long hours, very heavy workload and recently very low moral
and almost no cohesion within the department, which is a change
from when I hired on. Management of the department recently
cares little for the employees in the department.

Lifestyle
The lifestyle of an in'house attorney is nicer than in most law firms with
better hours (50/week) and benefits. Business travel ranges from minimal to 40%.
Dress code is casual. There are very few social events and most occur during
the work day.

Advice to Jobseekers

companies will be instituting technical field tests to make sure
the attorneys know the science/engineer.
