Job Responsibilities
I spend 50% of the time on administrative type activites. Other time is spent handling client questions, opening new products, servicing accounts, providing financial solutions to people rathern than soliciting products.
Job Requirements
I would most definitely recommend that someone obtain a bachelor's from a 4-year accredited university. It was not crucial for me to obtain a degree in business to achieve success. However as I have grown in the company, an MBA will help me understand all of the detailed processes that support main functions within financial services.
Uppers
People, people, and more people. It is an excellent opportunity to network with the community while becoming more profitable as a company.
Downers
Losing a valued client.
Lifestyle
50 hours per week/ usual. Little travel now, business attire always, great opportunity to meet people of all backgrounds, experiences, etc.
Compensation
$58,000 per year.
Advice to Jobseekers
