Job Responsibilities
My job responsibility to seek out new customers and deal with orders from current ones.
Job Requirements
I took a BA with a major in politics 25 years ago at the University of Manitoba. The classes and professors were so-so at best. The workload wasn't too bad.
Uppers
Convincing a new customer to place an order, and delivering it to them.
Downers
getting rejection after rejection, or no reply at all.
Lifestyle
The work hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday-Thursday and 8:30-12:30 on Friday. There's no business travel or company social events for me. It's a very diverse company. The main element for job seekers is that business is slow.
Compensation
I am paid $30,000 per year plus $300.00 a month as a car allowance. There is a small health benefit plan. No stock options.
