I have worked extensivly in both a Internal Corporate Structure, as well as a
Virtual setting remote from HQ, I have found in a VP position the remote setting
is difficult but not impossoble to manage, Average work week is 55 to 60 hours,
dress is upper casual.

Compensation
Base Salary over the past 6 years has ranged from 76K to 125K
with commissions, with the proper work position commission bonus
can be provide a 25 to 30% increase over base
