Job Responsibilities
Selling Treasury Management Services and maintaining relations with a portfolio of existing customers. I spend about 30% of my time selling and the other 70% resolving customer issues, implementing new services for customers and completing management reporting.
Uppers
Automonmy to manage my portfolio of customers and sales prospects, based on meeting goals. Freedom to make decisions that are best for my customers. Good group of colleagues. An organization with high integrity that I am proud to be associated with.
Downers
Time consiume problem resolution processes when customers have problems. Products and systems that are rolled out for us to sell that have features that are not yet up and running.
Lifestyle
Hours are 40+ per week, most travel is around the Pittsburgh general area, but some to other points around the state. Company social events are mostly related to entertaining customers and I am free to set up ones for customers myself, as long as I attend with them to sports events, plays, concerts, etc. The dress code is what you would expect for a banker, conservative, suits, dresses, always where hose with dresses, even in the summer. The organization is diverse, but the executive levels could use more diversity of women and minorities.
Compensation
Base salary is $95,000 with bonuses of around 15% of base, Stock grant has been provided, and benefits (health, life insurance and 401K are very competitive).
