Systemic micro management, rules and rules upon rules, lack of good building facilities, and co-workers who are over worked, over stressed, and more interested in paychecks then helping children. Lack of visionaries and really 'good' teachersz to learn. Systemic mental slavery.

Long hours some days in preparation, others not so much, the work atmosphere is casual (a little too casual for my taste), and people generally have families they go home to.
