Job Responsibilities
Part time post 14.5 hours per week. I take calls keep diaries
for 15 members of staff, keep medical records in order for audit
purposes, take calls from clients, handle meetings, take minutes
of the meetings, look after the deptpartments float, delegate
duties to other admin staff, type letters and reports

Job Requirements
Nhs will sponser a degree course in nursing, occupational therapy
or social work should I chose as well as offering me day courses
and such like related to my profession

Its a great team I enjoy the level of responsibilty and the fact that I'm left
to my own devices it makes me feel trusted. I am asked my opinion about relevent
matters which makes me feel in control

The phone ringing, being understaffed and doing jobs where it is
had to find the relevence
|
Lifestyle
The group go out monthly as well as leaving do's, xmas e.t.c. My courses are
quite for (about 30kms) but i'm given ample time to make them as well as having
travel expenses paid

Compensation
No bonuses or benfits there is a pension but other wise it is
basic hourly rate there is no overtime paid only time off in lew
|
Advice to Jobseekers
An ability to multitask as you are working for a large volume of
people it can get a little crazy. You need to remember that you
can stop and make a cup of tea!
