Job Responsibilities
My job responsibilities are to make sure the part is basically
in working condition before it goes to the shipping area of the
plant.The machine I run is called a (Electracal Machine)E.F for
short.This machine is to test the parts internal pieces to make
sure that everthing is working and it also test the gas air
mixture to the part just like if would be in a working car. I
spend 7 and one-half hours running this machine.There is no
paper work besides tote cards but dont spend really no time on
this.We scan everthing else in and out each area.Most if not all
of my time is spent running my machine 5 days a week.

Job Requirements
Hiring process is in steps they require you to have aleast a
high school diploma or GED.You must pass a drug screening hearing
and eye sight must be up to requirements.The training is on job
training and you go through 3 differant areas. This is your 90
days probation period.You survive this you are a fulltime
associate.Great on job training and the workload is easier than
most places I have seen and worked at.

Uppers
The best part about my job is that I love going to work everyday.Something that
I am good at.The people that I work with are great and you could not find a
better work enviroment.The people are nice the management treat you great.The
money is good and the benefits are second to none.The Japanese are great people
to work for.

Downers
The downers for this type of job is Iam not going to lie there
is really none besides working 8hours a day nobody likes
that.This is a really great job and I have no complaints and
thats the truth.

Lifestyle
The lifestlye is simple we work 8hours a day 5 days a week sometimes on
Saturday.There is no travel in ths job.They provide you with NGK work shirts
payed by the company.You have to wear jeans or kakis,no shorts or sleevless
shirts.We have a few social events for example the Christmas Party they want you
to dress formal they go all out for us.Everybody is teated equal for this
company.As far as any other element it is a good field to go in simple and basic
and the money not to bad.

Compensation
$22,000 - we have also gotten Christmas bonus that not in your
base salary % of your annual income for example this was one
from last year ($1500.00.) Stock options are in your 401K plan
and the benefits are second to none %80 to your %20 is what the
payd eye, medical, dental, and you get lot more but don't know how
far in depth I should go, don't want to get in trouble with the
company.

Advice to Jobseekers
Production Associate My advice would be climb aboard its a great
company great place and great people.As far as the outlook is
that people are always going to need cars and the enviroment
could always be cleaner so the demand for O2 sensors for cars
will always be in demand.
