Job Responsibilities
Managing E-learning and Instructor-Led training projects, creating
project plan (2 hrs/week), maintaining client interaction and
weekly deliverables (6 hrs/week), over-seeing project from
inception, execution to completion (12 hrs/week), Ensuring Quality
in End product (18 hrs/week).

There are a Variety of course. Classes are as good as the trainer
taking it.

Quite good. Its an opportunity to learn about different fields -
technical and non technical.
It would be better- effeciency, growth and salary- with an MBA degree.
Basically an analytical mind and excellent planning skills,
coupled with people management skills would ensure success as a
Project Manager.
