Job Responsibilities
Planning continuing professional development seminars for
migration agents;
This includes sourcing venues, quoting, booking venues (incl,
rooms, AV equipment, catering, set up etc);
selcting topics that are appropriate for the agents;
sourcing, securing, briefing and liasing with topic authors;
sourcing, securing, briefing and liasing with topic presenters;
preparation, production and distribution of promotional material
(mail, email and internet);
production and distribution of handouts and other course
materials for each seminar;
creation, production and distribution of evaluation sheets for
each seminar;
creation and production of corporate banner to be displayed at
each seminar;
distribution and marking of take home assessments;
reporting of agents that have successfully completed seminars and
take home assessments to the industry regulatory body;
authorising payment for venues, authors, presenters and admin
staff;
liaise with State Executive and Board members;
provide training and support to presenters, admin staff, State
Executive and Board members.

Lifestyle
Work hours are 8.30am - 5.15pm; seminars are after hours, finshing approx.
7.30pm of a week night; we also have full day seminars on a Saturday and also
full weekend conferences;
seminars are held in 5 capitol cities in Australia and also in London, UK;
The dress code is smart casual, however at seminars and conferences I choose to
wear more formal/smart work wear.

Compensation
$45,000.00 plus 10% super annuation.
