You have to update yourself on current technology. What is new
and what are things that will better for the company. make new
decisions.

Uppers
You get interactive with different people on a daily basis. You do not sit
behind your desk for 8 hour, you get calls and you have to go to different
departments to fix the issue.

Downers
The user is never wrong. They will always say that the computer
does not work and they did not do it. Some of them do not have
the patience to wait so they expect it to be fixed right away.

Lifestyle
The dress code is very casual and the environment is very good. A lot of people
and sincere and cooperative.

Compensation
Since my job is on a Salary base, there is a chance to get
bonuses depending on how good you do your job. Every month
there is a meeting and poeple get customer service awards. This
helps you out in a long range and it shows the Diretor that you
are doing a good job.

Advice to Jobseekers
My only advice to new comers is to be yourself. You do not have
to impress anyone, the way you do your job should impress them.
If you do not know the soultion do not be afarid to say it and
do a little research on how to fix the problem. Do not lie to
the users because some of the user's have a good idea on what is
going on and if you lie to them, you will loose that trust.
