Job Responsibilities
I typically spend about 50% of my time recruiting, interviewing,
and hiring new people. The majority of the remainder of my time
is training the new people, going on joint sales calls with my
representatives, helping them to obtain quality "On the job"
training. The final portion of my time is spent on team building
activity in the office, compliance, and leadership training.

Job Requirements
The hiring process is a tedious process, that once accomplished a
plethora of training and classes can be expected. A definite
plan for training is in place, regardless of the desired
specialization that an individual would want to achieve.
|
Uppers
I am able to touch hundreds and hundreds of lives through the training of my
agents, helping them to help their clients to not only dream dreams, but one day
live them.
|
Downers
If you want to be the 'best', you will have to spend enormous
amounts of time preparing and studying on an ongoing basis.
|
Lifestyle
You will have a lifestyle equal to or exceeding your client's level of life
style. If you work with doctors, and have the knowledge necessary to do so, then
the products and services that they will need would provide you with the type of
income and lifestyle equal to that of a doctor.
|
Compensation
There is no reason that someone in this business should make less
than 6 figure income. If after 5 years of appropriate training,
and traditional schooling you're not at a 6 figure level, it's
simply because you didn't work smart/hard enough.

Advice to Jobseekers
Don't do it... not unless you want to work hard at learning
everything there is possible available do to be a FULL resource
to your clients, and then after working and studying so hard,
being able to lay your head on the pillow at night with such a
peace that you've made a difference in someone's life that could
potentially impact their family for generations, all the while
making a 'pretty darn good living' doing it!
