successfully run a Independent MK business. Be able to select
your own hours to operate, purchase starter kit and inventory,
make business calls to customers, make appointments, sell
product at retail price, make deliveries, and bookkeeping.

Job Requirements
Anyone can join Mary Kay through those who are already working a
Mary Kay business and are building a team. You decide when you
want to move up the career path and the company promotes you
when you meet the requirements.

Being independent and my own boss! Great tax benefits, girlfriend time, and
being able to put God first, family second and career third (this is the Mary Kay
philosophy).

Finding new leads but it is really easy to do.

Lifestyle
You choose your own hours, and travel frequently in your area to hold classes
but gas mileage is tax deductable. We also travel to career conference and
seminar but is a tax write off and is optional. Business dress is required at
Mary Kay functions and is recommended while holding skin care classes to look
profesional.

Compensation
We buy product at wholesale from the company at 50% off the
retail. We make a 50% profit but keep all the money from sales.
It is recommend that we use 50% to restock inventory but is not
mandatory. We also get commission checks if we choose to build a
team and become an Independent Sales Director.
