To monitor and restore fault for all type of network equipments
alarm throughout the country based on yearly target given.

Job Requirements
Academic required for the position is at least degree in
engineering and future career path or highest level can be in the
future is to be a CEO of the company or other company.

Uppers
The best part i can share here is the fastest we can troubleshoot and restore
the fault online or onsite. The more cronic the problem the more satisfaction we
get.

Downers
No fault consider no problem then of course no job to do. The
other one is when the yearly target already achieved.

Lifestyle
We start working at 8.30 am and stop at 5.30 pm. In term of travel, its depend
on the problem, if the problem everywhere and can't be resolved then we must go
to the site for restoring the fault. We have monthly event games within the unit
and yearly event for the company.

Compensation
So far so good. Everthing fine but only the salary quite slow
campared to market value, may be too dependent on
individual/company yearly performance. Bonus will be given based
on the company performance and so far not encourging but is
enough. The rest is quite similar to other company ie medical,
insurance, ESOS etc.

Advice to Jobseekers
One day you can be an expert for the company but the company
direction nowaday is totaly different, they by hook or by crook
to minimise the operating cost by migrating all the equipment
become integrated and the network monitoring layer become less.
Here we can see the equipment become smaller, software dependent
and integrated. Then the concept of restoration the fault become
simple, as simple as a pampers used for the baby!
