Training, Staff development - 15%.
Customer/Sales contact - 15%.

Job Requirements
BS Chemistry - Heavy academics; difficult grading; no popular classes; heavy
detail oriented workload; fantastic profs; excellent preparation for the job;
dull, boring and cumbersome with spaces of stunning triumphs.
MS Chem - more of the above but much more detailed.
MBA - An absolute lark after the two above.

The best parts are :
1) when you make a breakthrough and see the total pictur clearly.
2) when you are able to transfer 1) to someonelse and see the light blink above
their head.

Downers
The worst parts are:
1) wrestling with a problem with no end in sight(at that point
in time)
2) administration and regulation junk

Lifestyle
Hours are long [and rewarding-- sometimes]
Travel is tedious
Social events can be fun if the right mix of people are present
Dress Code - - I was trained to dress as if a customer were to walk into the
door - sometimes this causes good clothes to be damaged --Ohhh well!!
