Job Requirements
Academic nature of the progmm; The company hire especialy from
the job consultant, and the company arrange training progmm 2-3
times in a year. The grading system depends upon the year of
experience of an individuals, no performance based grading
system.the workload is always as we are from the marketing field,
some time the phone call came from our parties and boss in the
odd time and I have always prepare with the solution.the target
is always higher side of 40, to 50 percent growth each year of
last year performance.

Best part of the job; meeting so many type of people,travelling I enjoy,coming
up with a solution and work done which give me eternal satisfaction and hight to
my personal talents within me.

Downers
mostly time I have to out from my HQr for business tour for the
company and I have to leave my home in odd time to pick up my
train/flight, when my children are sleeping and I reach in odd
time to my home.My superior does not recognige my effort and
reward me for performing a task in a very good manner and coming
up with the solution when I solve the problem which was not
solved by so many my collegue till date.

Lifestyle
My advice to the new comer that this is the real field where you
are have to explore your talents, especialy this field is based
on man management including managing your emmediate boss, if you
are successful in sales and marketing field, you shall be
successful in any of other field. As here all type of function
you have to perform which are required for any of the position.

Compensation
I am getting 2 lakh pa, bonus 8.33% per year and PF, LTC,
Medical.no other benefit.

My advice to the new comer that this is the real field where you

are successful in sales and marketing field, you shall be
