Job Responsibilities
Currently my job responsibilty is installation of broadband
connections in Delhi under my company. We maintain a help desk
for our staff & customer from 8.00AM to 8.00PM each day from
Monday to Saturday every week, sunday is being off day. My job
resposibility start from 9.30AM to 5.30PM Six day a week. My job
frofile includes training of our staff & providing on line help
to our customers.

Job Requirements
Generally most of the staff is qualified engineers but before
intrusting the job they are giving traing in particular field.
From time to time they are given refrsher courses also. There is
good technical library to provide technical informations

Uppers
Being latest broadband technology we use to enjoy our job very much. There are
hundreds type of computors & OS, it is very challenging to install broadband over
it & satisfy our educated customers & also showing that our system is latested &
better than other systems provided by other telecom players.

Downers
The worst part is that customer thinks the he knows all & most
of the time tries to change the seting of the router (provided
by Mahanagar Telephone) & complaing that our system does not
work. They use to land on our mobile in odd hours in late night
or holidays without caring demand immediate help.

Lifestyle
Lifestyle of the position is quite satisfactory financially & socially. Working
ours are 48 hours weekly. There is no dress code at our position except decently
dress. Offcourse lower staff has been given dress so that general public
indentify them easly.

Compensation
Very good salary pack with parament service for life. This
includes GPF, LTC, fully paid medical facility & life long
pension to self & in case premature death family pension for
life to wife & also to children upto 25 years of age.
