Job Requirements
University of Colorada, Colorada springs was an incredible experience for me. I started the program while my 2 children were in High School. I am married and always worked full time. The support provided by UCCS makes it almost impossible to fail. I completed my studies through the internet which gave me flexibility but also provided enough structer to stay focused. You are not given 6 monthe to complete a course, like some distance learning schools. You actually follow the same semesters as on campus. The lectures were given through cable TV or you could purchase/rent videos. The professors were easily accessible through e-mail, list serves and/or telephone. They responded in less than 24 hours.

Downers
I work long hours to accomplish my goals.
Lifestyle
I am required to do 40 hours a week. I do more. However, I have the flexibility to leave early or arrive late to meet my personal needs. I work in a hospital setting, Dress code is business casual. The hospital celebrates holidays and healthcare events. We have awonderful volunteer department that always has something going on like bake sales, leather purse sales, jewelry sales, hoagies, etc. It is the friendliest, warmest and homey-feeling organization I ever worked for.
