Job Responsibilities
To ensure the IT Service desk runs smoothly and all incidents are logged and
passed through the appropriate channels for investigation. I also deal with
incident escalations and general staffing duties such as hiring and dealing with
disciplinary actions.

satisfaction that brings.

Dealing with angry or frustrated people at the end of a long day. This
environment can also be very repetitive so it can sometimes feel like you're
"stuck in a rut" with the same problems day in day out.

Lifestyle
Occasional UK business travel. Working hours are strict 37.5 hours as overtime
is not paid by this company at any level other than blue collar staff.

Compensation
Base salary is average for this role in this area. We are
offered a two week bonus once a year but this is not a
contractual obligation. Benefits include private health care, pension but ONLY
20 days holiday!
