Job Responsibilities
My main responsibilities include greeting all customers, vendors,
visitors, etc. i gather information from customers needing
service and direct them to the appropriate advisor to continue
the process. if a visitor is not there for service, but still
needs either info or guidance to a certain dept., i help in
directing them to satisfy their needs. i participate in helping
customers with basic service needs in order to help cut back
waiting time and customer satifaction. when all service is
complete, i assist advisors in calling customers who are not
waiting in our lounge to inform them of the completion of their
services, and when necessary, explain in detail what services
have been rendered, and of office hours for them to pick up their
cars. i cover our receptionists duties when she is either away at
lunch, or absent, which include answering all in coming service
calls, setting appointments, giving pricing for certain services,
talking the customer through services that they are able to do on
their own with help. and directing calls to the apprpriate
person/department.

Uppers
The best thing about my job is the people experience. i get constant interaction
with the public and i thoroughly enjoy helping people and customer service. i
enjoy engaging in conversation with the customers, and the gratification of being
thanked by customers for helping them

Downers
I feel that the only downer in my job is the constant disregard
from my management pertaining to my requests for advancement. i
believe that my director does not like me, and that he's waiting
for me to foul up so that he can fire me. i've never been
included in any of the quarterly reviews that are supposed to be
mandatory. i'm given the paper work to fill out, but have never
reviewed it with my mangement. when i ask when it will take place
i'm always told tomarrow. but tomarrow never comes. i've
complained to my manager before regarding being bad mouthed
constantly by a fellow employee, and was never taken seriously,
and so i went to the gm, and was scolded by my manager when he
found out. so i went to hm to file a complaint because the isues
were never resolved and ever since then he has teated me
unfairly.

At this point I feel that you have to make your own experience out of it because
i feel i have no support.
