Uppers
The uppers for my job is the global atmosphere given by the nature of the firm I
work for and the clients whom I work with.

Downers
The down side is the fact that being in an international
environment means that your time coincide with that of your
global clients. The other downside is that evaluation is too
subjective. The other downside is the salary.

Lifestyle
My work hours are unstable as it depends on the client. The company has very
few social events. The dress code is stiff, the most casual outfit is slacks and
a long sleeved shirt. Travel is minimal and limited to the local vicinity unless
you are slated for training. Training ties you down to the company for another
year per day of training.

Compensation
Compensation is not commensurate to your number of years
working, but working in the particular industry. There are 2
bonuses per year, no stock options. The best benefit is the
medical as it is comprehensive, but without an optical allowance.
