Accurate and timely processing of cash receipts, payables and
monthly owner reports. Create annual budgets, operating expense
adjustments for all tenants, abstract leases and various other
duties.

Firm perfers college degree. Career path varies depending on
golas of individual. Follow accounting/financial jobs or work
toward General Manager of properties dealing with all aspects
including financial, operational,and tenant issues.

Something different every days. Managing and work with commercial real estate
is never boring.

Management contracts can be canceled with 30 days notice. If
firm does not have enough property, this can mean looking for a
new job.

Lifestyle
There is not a lot of travel or social events. Work day for me is 7:30 to 4:30
but those hours could change depending on personal needs. Dress code is business
casual unless clients are visiting.

Compensation
Current salary is $72,000 plus a possible bonus in the first
quarter of the following year based on the firm's financial
performance. Bonus amounts vary. Benefits are generous and
include health, dental, vision, health care reimbursement
accounts and PTO.
