Good benefits, finished at 4:30pm, fun cuase it's construction, so it's changing
everyday, not monotonous, company credit card

Downers
Not a lot of vacation time, high turn-over, so you are
constantly training, bosses get to be like jerks.

Lifestyle
Work hours are all the time - use a cell phone a lot - because of nature of
business. Company Picnic once a year, dress code is great, jeans and boots.

Compensation
Compensation is good because it's hard to find people that can
keep up with the demands of construction. $16 an hour to start
and then managemnent postions pay $50k and upward.

Take your time, find the right positon where you fit in. Job
outlook for construction is great, always building something
somewhere.
