Job Requirements
I received by bachelors from Pratt Institute in Construction
Management and my masters program in Facilities Management, the
classes were run by professionals in the industry. Although the
degree is respected it is not required in this industry.

I enjoy working on the financial management aspects of the job and maintaining

I do not enjoy managin all the construction workers in the field
and dealing with many different personalities.

In the construction management industry you have to feel comfortable in many
different situations, such as wearing suits to meetings and the office, or
wearing jeans and work boots in the field. Also dealing with people ranging from
high profile clients to laborers in the field.
