Job Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of the sales and marketing department for a
securities broker-dealer. The Marketing Department provides case
consultation and sales support to approximately 2100 field
representatives. In addition, we develop all sales and marketing
material and promotional programs, coordiante all apsects of our
regional, national and top producer meetings and manage all
securites product vendor marketing relationships.

Job Requirements
5-7 yearsof securites sales experience, in-depth knowledge of all
securites products and their proper sales applications, Series,
7, 24 and 65 licenses. CFP designation not required, but
preferred. Business degree at an accredited college preferred.

Daily interaction with field members and with industry executives. Helping
formulate company policies.

Interior and exterior barriers that slow down the implementation
of key initiatives.

Lifestyle
8:00-5:30 general work hours, although I work 7:00-5:00. Frequent business
travel throughout the U.S. Daily dress code is business casual. 2-3 company
social events per year.

Compensation
Base salary ranges from $70K-$120K. Bonuses are available at
officer level. Standard benefits-nothing spectacular. Stock
options and above.
