Lifestyle
Work hours typically are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employees are free to work
beyond that.
Business travel in my case is minimal.
Every day there is some event or the other which takes care of the social
events.
Dress code is formals with tie on Mondays and Tuesdays.Tie is optional on
Wednesdays and Thursdays; Fridays are casual wears.

Compensation
Base Gross Salary is Rs. 5.5 Lakhs p.a including bonus for
offshore. No stock options. Mediclaim, LTA and usual benefits.
