Job Responsibilities
I provide customer service, market myself and products, actively seek out potential customers and future recruits. I also do all of my own book keeping, and filing. I place orders and fill them. I am responsible for delivering the products to my customers. I also provide an excl;usive gift giving program for individuals as well as companies.
Job Requirements
There are only three requirements for this job. You must be 18 or over, have the money for the start up cost, and be willing to try. There are weekly success meetings plus other opportunities for education that vary from unit to unit. The directors are the ones who lead the sales meetings and various workshops. There is no grading. You decide the amount of your workload. However, in this company you get out what you put into it.
Uppers
The best parts about my job, is that I own my own business. I make my own schedule. I have time for my family and work my job around my life rather than my life around my job. The friendships you make are like none other. It has been a journey that has taught me about myself as well as others. I get to choose when I want to move up in the company. I also am able to give myself a raise whenever I want to.
Downers
I own my own business. Sometimes I have to "force" myself to go to work because this is a job. You do have to go to work to make money. You have to put yourself pout there and let people know what you do.
Lifestyle
You pick you own hours and days. Your schedule is 100% customizable for you. It can change day to day or be a set schedule. It is up to you. There are two big conferences. One is in March and locations vary by your area. The other is Seminar and it is in July in Dallas, TX. Dress code is professional. They ask that women wear skirts and pantyhose and a closed toe shoeWhen you have three recruits you wear a red jacket, white blouse, black skirt, pantyhose, and closed toe shoes. When you go into qualification to be a director your uniform changes to a black blouse and you add a scarf. When you become a director your uniform changes to the director suit. As you move up the directors line your suit changes a little bit. Anybody can become a consultant so we are a very diverse group.
Compensation
You make 50% of everything you sell. You earn a "love check" starting with your first recruit. It comes from the company not out of anybody elses profits. There are quarterly product bonuses, as well as star consultant prizes that you can earn. You can also earn the use of a career car.

Talk to everyone you know but be informative, not pushy., Don't be afraid of hearing "no". It's not about you- it's about your customer. The outlook for this job is very good.
